- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-premise,
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
MS CRM is a great tool for storing your information regarding leads, contact, accounts, and opportunities. The missing link is a search across all entities.
PowerSearch simplifies the use of CRM by providing one page where records from different entities can be found and presented; favourites can easily be accessed.
The CRM user can easily search across multiple entities and multiple fields, custom or out of the box, on a single page, with a single click.
PowerSearch is perfect for all MS CRM online and on-premise users that frequently search for records in CRM.
Main Functionalities:
- Search across several entities and multiple fields with a single click. Entities can be any, custom or out of the box, found in CRM.
- The result can be configured by the administrator. Each presented field can be configured by the configuration tool
- Sub-filter the results quickly on any presented result field. If the result consist of 150 Cases, it is possible to sub-filter the 150 results very efficiently.
- The CRM user can define specific advanced views, user views, saved views or entities as their favourites. With this functionality every user can quickly access their personalized main views. Open the records found by a previous search directly from the result page.
- The search on specific fields is possible.
The PowerSearch is fully written in Silverlight and so this add on works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
