Application Description

Informatica Cloud provides native connectivity to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and enables business users, CRM administrators, and developers a variety of integration scenarios such as:

1) Data Migration
2) Customer and product master synchronization
3) ERP Order History integration
4) Opportunity to Order process integration

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers can now seamlessly synchronize their CRM information with their SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX/NAV/GP/SL, or other ERP systems. Customers can also integrate their CRM data with Microsoft SQL Server, mySQL, Oracle, and other commercial databases, as well as file feeds and social data sources such as twitter. In doing so, they benefit from:

1) Obtaining a single view of customer information
2) Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
3) Quoting correct list prices to customers
4) Obtaining a real-time view into price discounting
5) Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
6) Accelerating cash flows

Informatica Cloud is available free for 30 days and customers can then choose between 5 editions: Express, Professional, Basic, Standard, and Enterprise. Express allows you a pay-as-you-go, usage-based, no annual contract model starting at $99. After 30 days, limited data loading capabilities will still be available for free.
